Set in the private exclusive gated area Fairways, No31 is a luxury two-bed  lodge with a hot tub. With views of the lake and water features. Minutes from the golf course and Sandy beach. Quiet and relaxing. Large gated veranda from the double doors, extensive landscaped gardens, grassed areas surrounding the property and parking for two cars. THIS LODGE IS PET FRIENDLY.

Accommodation

It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is standard inventory such as pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glass wear.

The lounge is airy, light and comfortable. It boasts full central heating and double glazing. Fairways No31 sleeps four and is pet friendly. The large and spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV, dressing unit, walk-in wardrobe and en suite toilet and shower. A second bedroom has full-size twin beds a tv, and a second bathroom with a toilet and power shower and Bath.

We provide pillows and duvets, but please bring your own bedding and towels.

Check-in is from 3:30 pm, and check out by 10.00 am.

£150 deposit is required to confirm the booking.
